How do I apply to graduate?
Step 1:
Login to MyTrent, click on the ‘Academics’ tab on the top right, then within the subheading ‘Academic Record’, click on the icon ‘Self Service’.
Step 2:
Once in self service, select ‘Academics’ within the menu on the left (the graduation cap icon), and then click on ‘Graduation Overview’.
Step 3:
Once in the Graduation Application, click the ‘Apply’ icon underneath ‘Application Status’ on the far right
Step 4:
Apply the filters necessary, which includes the graduation term, preferred name on degree/certificate, phonetic spelling of your name, and the campus. You will also decide on the convocation details and filter your choice.
Note: Under the Graduation Term filter, if you are planning to graduate in January, click on the 2024 UG Fall Term. Further, if you plan to graduate in Spring (April), click on the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Graduate students click the Grad term option.
Step 5:
Finally, click ‘Submit’. Your application to graduate has now been submitted.
