Book an Appointment with our Study Abroad Team
Here's how:
- Go to the Trent Student Experience Portal.
- Log in using your myTrent username and password.
- Select Book Appointments on the left hand bar.
- Select the Trent International Program.
- Choose: Book by Appointment Type.
- Select Study Abroad Appointments.
For first appointments
If this is your first appointment with the office please fill out the First Steps in your Study Abroad form. To find this form you will have to:
- Log in to your MyTrent using your username and password
- Select the Academics tab
- Go under Study Abroad
- The form is in the Outbound folder

Want to be more involved with Study Abroad? Be a Study Abroad Ambassador! Email with an incoming exchange student over the summer and meet them when they arrive in the fall!

Study Abroad Volunteer Program
The Study Abroad Volunteer Program provides an opportunity for both Incoming exchange students as well as Returning Trent students to get experience in an office environment. Upon completion of your volunteer time you would get a letter of reference from our Study Abroad advisor and you can add your volunteer time to your Co-curricular Record.

MyWorldAbroad
MyWorldAbroad is a fantastic website filled with tips, articles, and helpful links centered around studying abroad and furthering or starting your international career. What's even better is that Trent students have full access! All you have to do is login to your MyTrent, go to the Support tab and find "MyWorldAbroad" under the "Campus Support" heading.
