Aids Committee of Durham Region - (ACDR) connects people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in Durham Region to supports, services and resources.
Anishnawbe Health Toronto - Anishnawbe Health Toronto (AHT) provides health and mental healthcare to Indigenous persons, based on Indigenous culture and traditions. AHT is the only facility in Toronto that cares for Indigenous clients with both western and traditional approaches to health care.
Catholic Family Services of Durham - Provides services to the community regardless of faith-based beliefs and support those in their healing journey with a variety of difficulties. Clients are asked to pay fees on a sliding scale though services will not be denied due to financial barriers.
Carea Community Health Centre - Brief counselling services (6-12 sessions). We help our clients with a range of challenges, from day-to-day problems to mild to moderate mental health concerns. No cost.
ConnexOntario - Funded through the Ontario Government and provides confidential health services information for people seeking treatment for needs related to alcohol, drugs, mental health and/or gambling. This service navigation and information is live-answer, 24/7.
Family Services Durham (FSD) - Provides individual, couple and family counselling to people who live or work in Durham Region. Multiple locations available. Sliding scale fee.
IM Well - Offered through Student VIP and your student association; check out the suite of services, including counselling available to you.
Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario - Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is an initiative that aims to bring the right services to youth (and their families) at the right time and in the right place.

Anxiety Canada - Provides tools and resources to help manage anxiety.
BounceBack - A skill-building program provided by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, depression, anxiety, stress and worry. This support is delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos.
Depression Hurts - An online service provided by the Mood Disorders Society of Canada; offering information, education, skills and strategies to help manage symptoms of Depression.
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) - A series of online mental health modules and tools, free for all Trent students (use your Trent U email address to sign up).
