If you are a previous employee and do not have an active MyTrent account to access VIP, please email payroll@trentu.ca of any required changes or requests.
Please be sure to include: Your Name, Employee Number, Position/Department, and details of your Personal Information Change (i.e. name, address, or phone number change).
Bi-Weekly Timesheet Deadlines
Please note:
- Timesheet Deadlines are for timesheets and Pay Adjustment forms only. All other payroll related changes (new hires, position changes, banking information, etc) must be received by Payroll by the Payroll Deadline, as indicated above.
- Information submitted after a Payroll or Timesheet Deadline will result in a delay of payment, as it will be processed on the next pay period.
- Employees are responsible for ensuring their timesheets are submitted in VIP by the above Deadlines.
