There are many prizes and awards associated with the colleges at Trent University.  A complete listing of all prizes and criteria can be found in the Academic Calendar. These awards were created through generous gifts from alumni, faculty, staff and students.

Note that college bursaries are administered by Financial Services.

History & Architecture

Naming Otonabee College

During the planning stages of the college, we were referred to as College V (a reference to being the fifth College at Trent University). It was Professor Kenneth E. Kidd, from the Anthropology department, who provided a written recommendation to Stewart A. Brown for "Otonabee" to be considered for the college.

Merch is available for pick up. Orders can be picked up from the Otonabee College office during regular office hours, Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

College Cabinet

Otonabee College Cabinet is the voice of students affiliated with Otonabee College! We advocate for your needs and have members represented on the University Senate, the Colleges and Student Services Committee, as well as the Trent Central Student Association (TCSA).
