After you choose your appointment, you will need to log in to your Medeo account OR create a new Medeo account (you must use your @trentu.ca email). |
Types of appointments available to be booked online:
- New Mental Health Concern

If you have a mental health concern and have not yet been seen at Health Services for mental health, book a short 10 minute phone call appointment to speak with one of our nurses about next steps
- Routine STI Screening

If you are looking for a routine screen of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, book an appointment for STI (sexually transmitted infection) screening. If you have symptoms of an STI or if you have been told that you have been in contact with someone who has an STI, then you must call for an appointment.
- Birth Control Counselling

If you are looking to start or switch your method of birth control, book this appointment with one of our physicians to discuss your options.
- Immunization Form Completion

If you require an immunization form completed for school, placement, or volunteering, book this phone call appointment with a nurse. You will need to send your documentation to clinicnurse@trentu.ca before your appointment. Appointments for NARS form completion will not be accepted after October 9th, 2024.
- Lifestyle Medicine

Lifestyle medicine is a preventative approach to medicine that focuses on nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress reduction, and emotional well being. This initial appointment with Dr. Mark Dodds will be used to review your lifestyle and medical history to create a personalized plan to make healthier choices and manage or prevent chronic diseases. Follow-up appointments will be mostly be virtual.
