Mascot
Traill College is unique in having two mascots.

The official mascot is The Happy Box. It is a cardboard box that is large enough to wear, painted green, and sporting a big smile. The Happy Box has been a part of College life since the 1980s and represents how Traill embraces being different (or out of the box).

Considering that boxes are not the cuddliest of items, Tucker the Squirrel became the College’s unofficial mascot in 2016. Anyone who has been to Traill will know that squirrels are ubiquitous. She is named Tucker because she was originally found on the sign for the Traill Tuck Shop in the College Office.
