A Weekend 50 Years in the Making
In May 2023, we took a walk down memory lane and relived iconic moments from our times at Trent and throughout OC history on the picturesque banks of the Otonabee River. We met special guests, enjoyed scrumptious food, and reconnected with friends and Trent as we revive the legendary Cat's Ass Pub and other proud collegiate traditions.

Welcome to the vibrant history of Otonabee College, where every student who graces its halls contributes to a legacy of heart-led change. In 1972, the East Bank saw the birth of Otonabee College, named after the winding river that flows through our picturesque campus. And for 50 years, we have welcomed students who have gone on to make a positive impact in the world, no matter how big or small. Despite facing challenges like floods, pandemics, and renovations, OC has always been like the river it's named after - ever-changing, yet steady and strong like the beat of a heart. As we celebrate our golden anniversary, we invite you to join us in commemorating the spirit of the college and the lives it has touched. Whether you attend our events or share your story with us, we encourage you to become involved in this momentous occasion and celebrate with us.
