The Trend is located right in the heart of Catharine Parr Traill College, right next to the new Jalynn Bennet Amphitheatre. Coffee and treats; drinks and good eats: The Trend's Chef Christopher offers it all, including gluten-free and vegan options.

Whether you are an undergraduate in need of nourishment, a graduate looking for a place to meet over coffee, staff looking for somewhere to cater a lovely luncheon, or a member of the wider Peterborough community looking for a quiet place to spend an afternoon: everyone is welcome here. 

With a wide-ranging and health-conscious menu, The Trend has something delicious for every meal of the day. Scrumptious specials and soups that change daily offset a classic, yet elevated pub-fare menu.

The Trend kitchen is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. The Trend space is the perfect student lounge and is open later into the evenings for various College events. The Trend is closed on the weekends, but available for the use of students in residence.
