- Provides guidance on CRC interview, selection and hiring procedures to recruitment committees

- Administers faculty research and office space allocations (Trail, Lady Eaton, Gzowski, Otonabee and Champlain College)
- Reviews and approves CUPE 1 Course Instructors, Workshop Leaders, Course Assistants Postings
- Maintains the official Rights of First Refusal results.
