Working in the Natural Environment can result circumstances often beyond your control (weather as an example). In addition working in the field will often occur in situations where there are fewer people around to assist should an incident occur. Planning for field work then, is often very important, both to successfully obtain results but also to ensure that unplanned incidents are kept to a minimum. This section of the Science Safety Program will contain Policies and Procedures which are related to Field Work. New policies and procedures will be added as they are developed.
