Build on-the-job experience through a four-month work placement, helping businesses reduce greenhouse gases or implement climate policies to create low-carbon energy futures. Learn from expert faculty — including several Canada Research Chairs — engaging in hands-on work on climate adaptation, carbon cycling, low-carbon technologies, climate modelling, and climate policy. In-class workshops encourage you to develop real-world solutions and apply them in global contexts. Get experience with the latest analytical and scientific tools and field methods in Trent’s 11 on-campus nature areas and state-of-the-art lab facilities.
