How to Sign Up - Campus Recreation

Please note: Registration is required for all Campus Recreation leagues. We will NOT reserve spots without a paid/completed registration (both team fee and bond) or free agent registration. No refund will be issued beyond the first night of league play.

2. Find the league you're looking for and complete your registration.

3. All participants will be required to create an account with our service partner, IMLeagues.

4. IMLeagues 

   Please see our IMLeagues page to view the leagues being offered this fall and to complete the second step of league registration!

• To create an IMLeagues account:
  • Go to www.imleagues.com/trent and click on "Create Account"
  • Or, click here to be taken directly to the registration page.
  • Enter all information, and be sure to use your @trentu.ca email address.  
  • Click the activation link you will receive within 24 hours of creating your account to complete your registration.

How do I register a team? 

1. All participants will be required to pay for your Campus Recreation league or activity to complete your registration (see above, if applicable). Please ensure you have done this before continuing to the next step.

2. You will be required to have an IMLeagues account before you can register a team (see above). Please ensure you have done this before continuing to the next step.

• Log in to your IMLeagues account.
• Click the "Trent University" link at the very top of the page.
• Scroll down and click the sport/league you wish to join.
• Click the green "Register/Signup" button, then click "Create Team".
• Enter the required info.  We suggest you leave "auto approve members" as NO, so you can control who is on your team.
• Create the team.
• Each member of your team will be required to complete a Concussion Awareness module (see instructions below)

How do I register as a Free Agent? 

1. All free agents will be required to pay for your Campus Recreation league or activity to complete your registration (see above). Please ensure you have done this before continuing to the next step.

2. You will be required to have an IMLeagues account before you can be placed on a team (see above). Please ensure you have done this before continuing to the next step.

   - Once you have an IMLeagues account, you will receive a request to be added to the Free Agent team.

3. Please note that if there is a large number of Free Agents, multiple Free Agent teams may be created and you may be moved to another Free Agent team in order to balance the teams.

4. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be placed on the same team as another Free Agent. Should you wish to be placed on the same team as another Free Agent, send an email to campusrec@trentu.ca with your request. We will do our best to try and accommodate the request, however this is not always possible.
