Bursaries
Kiwanis Club of Peterborough Inc.
Up to $500.00 will be awarded to the successful applicant. Applications must be received via email no later than July 31st in the year you are going to be a first-year Trent student.
IODE Ontario Lucy Morrison Bursary
Bursaries up to $1,000 are awarded to post-secondary students at colleges and universities in Ontario who demonstrate financial need, have completed one full year of study and are Canadian citizens.
Soroptimist
Soroptimist's Live Your Dream Awards program is a unique education grant for women who provide the primary financial support for their families. The Application Portal is open August 1 - November 15 each year.
YWCA Education & Awareness Awards
The YWCA Hazel Education Bursary is intended to help women who have experienced gender-based violence to reach their goals through education or training. Deadline is typically April each year.
Chaney-Ensign Bursary
Provides bursaries to students in any subject enrolled in a college, university or institution in Canada or the US, who can demonstrate financial need and who have graduated from a publicly funded secondary school in Hamilton. Undergrad and postgrad students are eligible. More information about applying for the bursary and student eligibility guidelines can be found on www.hamiltoncommunityfoundation.ca/scholarships. Application deadlines are October 1 and February 1.
Geritol Follies Bursary
Provides performing arts bursaries to students of voice, drama, dance or musical instruments who are enrolled in a college, university or institution in Canada or the US, who can demonstrate financial need, are and who have graduated from a publicly funded secondary school in Hamilton or Burlington. David Davis Memorial Bursary
