Welcome to Sasan Issari, who has been hired as 1 yr Limited Term Appointment (LTA) in Durham
Sasan is currently the principal researcher at Mamamway Wiidokdaadwin. Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin provides Indigenous, interdisciplinary wellness and primary care teams, offering wholistic care and programming for individuals and families. We incorporate Indigenous concepts of health and well-being throughout communities in Simcoe County and Muskoka Regions.

Susan Hillock has been busy! She received a $8000 Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada’s Awards to Scholarly Publications Program (ASSP) Grant (2023). She also received a $3587.67 Trent University's Internal Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada's Knowledge Mobilization Grant (2023). She also presented: Incorporating Sex Positivity and Sexuality(ies) into Social Work Teaching at the 5th International Sexuality and Social Work Conference: Everyday gender and sexuality: justice, rights and activism in social work and helping professions in Glascow, Scotland.
