Discovery Grants: Practical Insights from a DG Reviewer - Series - Dates Below
Are you currently preparing an NSERC Discovery Grant (DG) application? Discover valuable insights into the NSERC DG evaluation process through a series of workshops hosted by the Research Office. During these sessions, Dr. Sanela Martic, who is an active member of the NSERC Discovery Grant Review Committee (1501: Genes, Cells and Molecules), will share her knowledge and experience on what constitutes a successful application.
The workshops aim to improve understanding of the DG program and enhance proposal quality with the GRID in mind. Mock proposals will be reviewed and discussed for improvement. We will discuss what aspects of each proposal component are strong and effective and highlight specific features or ideas that stand out.
