Thornton Road Campus Showcase includes lectures and tours

Trent University Oshawa Thornton Road Campus is pleased to invite prospective and interested students, friends and families to the Fall Preview at 55 Thornton Road South, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2011.

The Fall Preview provides students the opportunity to see all that Trent University Oshawa has to offer. Students and their guests can take guided campus tours and sit in on mini lectures on hot topics. • TAKE IN A MINI LECTURE, SUCH AS: “Indiana Jones, Anthropology, and the Temple of Knowledge”; “Red Dead Redemption and L.A. Noire: How Classic American Literature Translates into Video Games”; or “The dark side of personality: Psychopathy in everyday life”.

• TOUR THE CAMPUS: Tours depart from the atrium every 30 minutes starting at 10 a.m.

• GET INFORMED: Information sessions and displays about academic programs are available, including booths for Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Athletics, Academic Skills Centre, S.tdent Affairs, Disability Services, Career Centre, Counselling Services, among others.
