Fall 2024 Group Fitness Schedule
Our group fitness schedule offers a range of engaging classes designed to suit a variety of different fitness levels, while promoting physical and mental well-being. Allan Marshall Pool Schedule November 1 - December 1
Our six-lane, 25 metre competitive pool offers recreational swimming opportunities, aquafit, swim lessons for various age groups, and women's only swim programs. Trent students, members, or individuals who purchase a day pass have access to lane swims, open swims and aquafit classes. Visit our pool schedule to see which aquatic program fits your schedule.

Open Gym
Have fun, be active and meet new people. Drop-in sports are open to all Trent students, individuals with an Athletics Centre Membership, or those who have purchased a day pass.
There are two types of drop-in:
Drop-in/Open Gym Time: Scheduled times open for casual sports games, based on a first-come, first-served basis. Equipment is available for sign-out with your TrentU or Athletics Centre membership card.
Organized Drop-in: Recreation staff are on site to organize casual games and monitor the facilities. Most organized drop-in sports have an Intramural league options available, if you wish to commit to weekly games.
How to participate
- All participants are required to be Trent students, have an active Athletics Centre membership or purchase a day pass.
- All drop-in sports are first-come-first-serve.
- For some organized drop-in sports, there be a staff on hand to help arrange teams and sign participants in.
- Only water bottles are permitted, no outside food or drink.
