Group Fitness Classes
Our drop-in group fitness classes offer something for every fitness level, supporting both physical and mental well-being. Classes are FREE for Trent students and Athletics Centre members—no registration required. Try one today and Find Your Fit!
Classes for 2026 are operating on an adjusted schedule from January 5-9. We'll be back with a new, FULL schedule beginning on Monday, January 12!
Allan Marshall Pool
*Please note our Allan Marshall Pool schedule is affected by our holiday hours. Please review schedules before coming for a swim!
Our six-lane, 25m pool offers recreational swims, aquafit, lane swimming swim lessons for all ages & abilities, and women’s-only swims. Access is available to Trent students, members, and day pass holders. Check the pool schedule to find a program that fits your schedule.
Drop-In Gym
Come play your way! Our gymnasium is open to Trent students, Athletics Centre members, and day pass holders. You can drop in and use the space for any activity you like, or join staff-organized drop-in sports during peak times. All activities are first-come, first-served—check the weekly gym schedule to see what’s happening and plan your visit.
