Community Invited to Attend Cultural
Performances From Around the World

The Trent International Students Association (TISA) will proudly present their annual Cultural Outreach celebration on Saturday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. and at 7:00 p.m. at Showplace Performance Centre.
Each year, TISA celebrates the myriad of international cultures present at Trent University by showcasing various elements of performance arts by students and friends. This year's Cultural Outreach will showcase a diverse collection of cultural performances from all around the world, including India, South Africa, Japan, Canada, and Latin America. With the theme "World Fusion," this year's show aims to share and explore the different facets of our world with the community.
For more than a decade, Cultural Outreach has showcased the diversity and vibrancy of culture that is part of the Trent University community. Open to all members of the Peterborough community and beyond, the show provides a night of cultural flavour for audiences of all ages. Previous attendees of cultural outreach have described the show as "vibrant" and "inspirational".
Tickets are $10 for the 2:00 p.m. show and $15 for the 7:00 p.m. show. Tickets can be purchased at the Trent International Program (TIP) Office at Champlain College or from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day in front of Wenjack Theatre on February 23 and 25, as well as in front of Bata Library on February 24. Tickets can also be purchased downtown at Fayes Designer Bridal, Tango, Island Cream and R3's International Salon.
Showplace is located in downtown Peterborough at 290 George St. North.
