Welcome to the Master of Management, a program of study designed to benefit those interested in taking on leadership positions, either in Canada or abroad. The sixteen-month, course-based Master of Management program is situated within the School of Business at Trent University. It provides students with the skills they need to gain a competitive edge in the job market.
The program is 16-months in length, and is divided into four 4-month terms. Students take four courses in each of the first three terms, followed by a workplace internship in the fourth term.
International students must complete the program as a full-time student to be eligible for a work permit. Domestic students have the option to complete the program on a full-time or part-time basis.
There are three streams within the Master of Management program:

Students can begin the program immediately after completing their undergraduate studies or after accumulating post-graduation work experience. Designed to address the needs of today’s employers, the Master of Management curriculum develops students' knowledge on a broad spectrum of business and management disciplines, including accounting, corporate finance, marketing, strategic management and health care management. The program also encourages students to understand the larger social issues facing organizations in today’s dynamic and competitive environment.
