Each Trent user is assigned a username that allows you to access many of Trent's online services. You can activate and/or manage your username and password using Self-Service Password Reset application.

Guest Wi-Fi

Visitors of Trent University can access the Guest Wi-Fi also known as eduroam Visitor Access (eVA) that provides easy, secure, and temporary Wi-Fi access to visitors that are not from an institution that participates in eduroam. If you are a visiting Faculty or Researcher, you can receive temporary username and password by either contacting the department.

Classroom Technology

Trent classrooms are equipped with a variety of technology to facilitate the delivery of course curriculum. Every effort is made to provide Trent faculty with a standardized classroom interface. Each classroom that has a standard install will have a Trent imaged PC with network login, telephone, data projector and projection screen/ TV Display. A Trent account is required to login on the lectern PC.  Some rooms also have a document camera, sound system and inputs for personal laptops. Lecture capture systems (YuJa) are also available in select rooms.
