Doors Open held on May 8th, 2016 celebrated Trent University's 50th year anniversary. Visitors were welcomed to discover Trent's unique architecture, breathtaking art collections, state-of-the-art facilities, new and historical features, vibrant natural spaces, and much more.
Guests had the opportunity to try their hand at bannock making in the Trent tipi, take a spring flowers tour hosted by the Peterborough Field Naturalists in the Lady Eaton Drumlin or participate in a discussion on the legacy of Ron Thom.
"We were happy to open our doors for the Peterborough community to come and explore one of the country's most beautiful university campuses," said Julie Davis, vice-president, External Relations and Advancement at Trent University.
