Dr Nader was a professor emeritus in the School of Environment and former principal of Peter Robinson College

Professor Nader joined Trent as an assistant professor of Geography in July 1970, before becoming associate professor in 1973 and full professor in 1980. Eight years later, Prof Nader took on the role of associate dean and director of Julian Blackburn College. In 1997, Prof Nader was appointed principal for Peter Robinson College, a position he held until his retirement in 2005.
In 2014, Prof Nader was honoured with the John Fekete Award in recognition of outstanding service to the Trent University Faculty Association, its members, and the academic profession generally.
