Thank you for your interest in Trent University’s Consecutive Bachelor of Education program. Please ensure you follow the steps below to complete your application. Be sure to add our domain name (trentu.ca) to your Safe Senders list to ensure you are receiving all email communications.
1. Review Your Application on OUAC
Review your application through OUAC to verify accuracy of your information. You will be able to make necessary changes (e.g., program choices, contact information) until the application deadline.
2. Request Transcripts
Request transcripts for all Ontario universities you have attended through OUAC (Request Transcripts tab). If you are currently enrolled, you must choose the immediate delivery option. Note: applicants are not required to submit transcripts for courses completed at Trent University.
Request official transcripts from all universities attended outside of Ontario. Transcripts are only considered official when they are mailed directly from the issuing institution.
3. Profile of Experience, Profile Course List and Supplementary Forms
Admissions decisions are based on an equal weighting of academic achievement and related experience as provided in this profile. Completion of the Profile of Experience and Profile Course List is mandatory; applicants who do not submit a Profile of Experience and Profile Course List will not be eligible for admission.
Submit your Profile of Experience and Profile Course List online through your myTrent portal account under the "Academics" tab. Please note that it will take up to 24 hours for your Profile of Experience and Profile Course List to appear on your myTrent portal after activating your account.
Send Equity Admissions Form (if applicable) through your myTrent portal account.
Submit English Proficiency test results (if applicable) to Education Admissions.
4. Important Dates and Deadlines
Please be aware of the following important deadlines:
December 2, 2024: Deadline to submit: TEAS application
*Accepting applications until December 12
December 9, 2024: Deadline to submit:
*Accepting additional documents until December 19

- Equity Admissions Form (if applicable)
- Official English Language test results (if applicable)

- All first-round offers of admission must be released

5. Track the Status of Your Application
Now that you've applied, you can set up your myTrent account where you can track your application status, including verification we have received your application materials and read about current student news.
- Step 1: Retrieve your Trent Student Number provided to you in your application acknowledgment email
- Step 2: Activate your myTrent account
- Step 3: Login to myTrent
