2024 Summer Orientation Programming
Summer Orientation is open to all new Trent Peterborough students and provides opportunities for students and their parents/supporters to learn more about the campus, services, and resources available during their time at Trent Peterborough. Summer Orientation will run 3 times throughout the Summer and schedules will be updated as they become available. None od these sessions are mandatory for your success in the Fall, but they all contain information that will be helpful for your start. All content is the same/similar in each session.

Virtual Summer Orientation - August 9, 2024
Summer Orientation programming includes complimentary sessions, such as the Parent and Supporters Information Sessions, our Service and Resource Fair, the Nursing New Student Orientation, the Summer Connect Program, and Bring It On!
2024 Summer Orientation
In the Summer Orientation sessions, student leaders facilitate many activities and discuss numerous topics about life at Trent:
- Time management
- Making academic decisions
- What to expect when you arrive in September
- Student life, clubs & groups, athletics, and much more!
There are several dates available throughout the summer, and students are encouraged to choose just one date that best fits into their schedule.
Items to Bring to Summer Orientation:
- Reusable Water Bottle - We have water filling stations all over campus!
- Walking shoes - Drop-in residence and campus tours will be available.
- Appropriate weather gear - Necessary Rain Gear for outdoor sessions including Drop-in campus tours.

SAS101 Summer Orientation
Student Accessability Services has two Summer Orientation sessions running in-person this summer on the Trent Peterborough campus. The sessions are running from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26 and Friday, August 9.
