Dining at Champlain
Where local and global cuisine collide.
The Champlain Dining Hall
The Champlain Dining Hall features multiple places to grab the perfect meal.
- Pax's Place (named after our beloved mascot) offers breakfast, craft burgers, and grill items.
- Bring Your Own Bowl offers signature or build your own rice and noodle bowl options.
- Pax's Taqueria (also named after our mascot) features hard or soft tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, crunch wraps and quesadillas.
The dining hall also features grab & go items, snacks, fresh baked goods, beverages, fair trade coffee and tea.
The Ceilie
Fireside chats with friends or profs in The Ceilie Pub - one of the many dynamic spaces to socialize and debate on campus. This is where you may find yourself enjoying a relaxed meal or grabbing a pint with your friends after class.
With classic pub fare, this is the perfect place to study or go for an afternoon snack.
The Seasoned Spoon
The Seasoned Spoon is a vegetarian based student-run, taking many of its ingredients from right here on campus.
100-mile diet? More like two-mile diet.
Eating your way through the vegetable patch and around the world will not increase your environmental footprint either as Champlain College is Fairtrade Certified.
