On the Peterborough campus, we offer ten Living Learning Communities that are a combination of interest-based themes and affiliated with Academic Programs. At Peter Gzowski College you will find the Endahying and Business Administration learning communities.

Endahying Living Learning Community

Meaning “Our Home,” the Endahying Community provides a space for students to grow through shared experiences, storytelling and exploration of Indigenous knowledge and understanding.

Students who have an interest in Indigenous culture and knowledge, identify as being Indigenous and/or are enrolled in the Chanie Wenjack School for Indigenous Studies, are encouraged to consider this community their home.

Business Administration Living Learning Community

Within the business world, there are several pathways a student will consider when choosing their emphasis for their studies. This community will connect students with upper year students, faculty and staff within the School of Business to explore valuable experiential learning opportunities.

Students enrolled in programs with the School of Business are encouraged to consider this Living Learning Community their home.

Environmental Sustainability Living Learning Community

Members of this community share a strong passion for ‘thinking globally and acting locally.’ Through a connection to the School of the Environment and Sustainable Trent, students will learn more about environmental issues that they are passionate about in a forum where they are encouraged to evoke change.

The Environmental Sustainability Community takes to heart what it means to bleed Trent green.

Modern residence or annex

Living at Gzowski College comes with two living options with the Enwayaang building on the East Bank or the Annex conveniently on the edge of the Symons Campus.

Common spaces for those living in residence

Gzowski College has common spaces that are accessible to all students living in the college. Each residence community has a common room which features TVs and kitchenettes – perfect or hanging out, watching Netflix, and group studying. Students also share laundry facilities – which are free to use anytime.
