Who We Are
Developed in partnership with the City of Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough & the Kawarthas Economic Development (PKED), and Kawartha Dairy, through the Skills Development Fund*, this new innovative program strives to ensure a resilient workforce in Peterborough.
We work with a number of regional partner organizations, emerging and recent graduates of Trent University, and local employers to build lasting connections. The project ensures success for rural degree holders and employers through the identification of talent pipelines and the establishment of multi-year partnership agreements between Trent University and employers in the region.
*The Skills Development Fund is an Employment Ontario program, funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
