Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration is available online through the PerfectMind recreation software, or in person at the Trent Athletics Centre. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Spaces will not be held for participants for future payment.
Registration is open until the 2nd class of a program takes place (i.e. you can only miss the first class). The registration fee is then pro-rated, except those that require 100% attendance.
Member Discounts
All individuals enrolled in an Athletics Centre membership are eligible to receive a member discount off of program registration fees. This includes Trent students. Children/youth must be enrolled in a membership in order to receive a discount off youth programs.
Program Waitlists
Individuals are strongly encouraged to place themselves on the waitlist for specific programs that are at capacity. The Athletics Centre utilizes the waitlists to schedule additional lessons or classes when possible, or to contact individuals when spaces become available in high demand programs.
Program Transfers
There are no fees to transfer from one class to another in the same session. Any difference in cost as a result of the transfer is charged, and there are no refunds of fees for transferring to a lower priced class. No transfers may take place after the second lesson.
Program Cancellations
The Athletics Centre reserves the right to cancel or transfer classes for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient registration, instructor availability, power failure, inclement weather, or public health protocols. Where a program is cancelled before the start date, a full refund will be issued. When a program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Athletics Centre will endeavor to reschedule the missed classes. If this is not possible, a credit will be applied to the customer account to be used towards future program registration or services.
Missed Classes
Due to time and space restrictions, we cannot schedule makeup classes for individuals who miss a class.
