Host Teacher Rebate

Trent’s School of Education offers a $100 rebate for host teachers of our BEd teacher candidates who take an AQ, ABQ or PQP course with Trent University. Host teachers are eligible to apply for the refund upon completion of the AQ, ABQ, or PQP courses at Trent.

Things to note:

  • You are eligible for the rebate if you have hosted a teacher candidate within the last 12 months OR have signed up to host a candidate in the upcoming academic year.
  • You are eligible to request the rebate as soon as the drop date has passed in the current course you are taking with Trent’s AQ Office. The $100 is returned to the credit card you used to pay for your course.
  • You must request the rebate within a month of completing your AQ, ABQ, or PQP course by emailing Trent’s AQ Office at AQ@trentu.ca.

Complete the Host Teacher Rebate Form and submit it to AQ@trentu.ca.
