As part of the University’s limited and reduced campus presence, Bata Library and the Durham GTA Campus Library & Learning Centre are closed and physical collections are unavailable. Maps, Data & Government Information Centre (MaDGIC) / GIS Consultation / Esri Products / Data Visualization Lab 

As part of the broader Trent campus closure in response to COVID-19, MaDGIC will continue to offer support virtually. This includes providing GIS consultation, Esri software, spatial and statistical data and other research support. If you have questions about our services or resources, please send us an e-mail. 

We will be monitoring our email ticket system, Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Library Research Consultation Centre

At the Library Research Consultation Centre (LLRC), Learning & Liaison Librarians provide research and library assistance to students and instructors. We're normally available in-person during these hours, but we move around a lot and may not always be available for drop-ins. 

Help is also available by emailing library@trentu.ca, even outside these hours. The more detailed your question, the more specific our response will be. 

Simple questions can always be asked at the Library Service Desk.
