Thrive Week is a dynamic, weeklong event series focused on promoting wellness and connecting students with essential mental health resources. It’s your chance to learn, engage, and thrive through a variety of free activities and experiences.
Why Thrive Week?
Now in its fourth year, championed by Athletics in partnership with other university departments, Thrive Week offers an exciting lineup of workshops, events, giveaways, and social gatherings—all designed to support and enhance your mental well-being.
When is Thrive Week?
From Monday, October 28th to Friday, November 1st, Thrive Week is dedicated to highlighting the resources, groups, and departments at Trent that work year-round to support mental health and promote wellbeing.
Thrive Week Aims to Achieve:
- Enhanced Mental Health Literacy: Empowering students with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain positive mental health through healthy habits and self-care practices.
- A Supportive and Caring Community: Engaging in activities, students become part of a compassionate and supportive community that encourages well-being.
- Promotion of Available Resources: Serves as a platform for promoting the diverse mental health resources available at Trent.
- Proactive Wellness: Emphasizes the significance of a proactive, preventative approach to wellness, encouraging students to prioritize their mental health and develop resilient coping strategies.
Thrive is a time when we come together as a Trent community to learn about, talk about, and explore ways to support our mental health. Join us during Thrive Week at Trent, where we celebrate the importance of mental health and well-being.
Mark your calendars—October 28th to November 1st and let’s thrive!
