Introduction to myTrent Web Forms
The myTrent Web Forms interface enables users to quickly create, publish and self-manage web forms for collecting a variety of data and feedback from the constituents of the University. For example, an authorized form administrator can quickly create and publish a web form that allows a targeted group of constituents to register for a special event or program being planned by the administrator's department.
Prerequisite: all attendees should have a TrentNet (myTrent) account.

Introduction to Colleague UI Web
Information Technology would like to invite all Colleague users to a workshop that will provide a general introduction to the new Colleague UI Web interface. The new interface is the way of the future and is now being phased in to replace UI Desktop in preparation for the move to Windows 7. The session will be a "hands-on" introduction to operating the web interface. It will not cover the specifics of Colleague processes or data entry practices.
Prerequisite: all attendees should have a TrentNet (myTrent) and Colleague account.

GroupWise Workshop (As advertised in Human Resources Staff Training Schedule)
This workshop will cover: creating appointments & busy search, checking status of sent appointments, recurring appointments, responding to a meeting invitation, tasks and reminders, calendar sharing setting proxy access rights, multi-user view, creating/maintaining address groups (distribution lists), copy & paste from Excel to email, creating and sharing folders, archiving, and auto-archiving.
Prerequisite: all attendees should have a TrentNet (myTrent) account
