MyTrent Login Problem

Dear All;
On Monday morning at 9:00 am, the MyTrent portal was unavailable for approximately 5 minutes. Although service has been fully restored, you may still be experiencing difficulty logging in if your browser cached the error page during the outage.
To clear your cache in most browsers (from the MyTrent error page), hit CTRL-F5 (Windows) or CMD-F5 (Mac) and the portal should load normally. If that doesn’t work, detailed instructions on clearing your cache can be found the following page: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic
