Authorized Users

Authorized Users

Students can authorize others (parents, guardians, employers) to view their account balance and/or make payments to their account on their behalf. Students wanting to give authorization must add the authorized user(s) on their myTrent Portal. 
  • Student logs into myTrent.
  • Open your Account
  • Clicks on the Make a Payment Icon
  • Find My profile
  • Select Authorized users
  • Add Authorized User and complete required information.
  • The user will receive a system generated invitation and confidential log in to the payment system
