There are a number of programs which provide students with an opportunity to learn more about campus, the services and resources available to them, and provide an opportunity to meet student leaders and other new students. Below is information about some of these orientation-based programs including Orientation Week at both the Peterborough and Durham Campus.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! All students who pay the orientation fee (part of your tuition) are welcome to participate! We ask that you register and complete the waiver before you arrive. The form to do this can be found on our schedule and HERE.
Some events will have capacities and will require pre-registration, this will be indicated on the schedule.
More information including a schedule will be available towards the end of August. Please reach out to orientation@trentu.ca if you have questions.
We have mandatory Consent at Trent training which will happen for all students during the first few days of coming to campus. You will need this to participate in our competitive and late-night events.
Clothing requirements vary depending on the event! Wear what you’re comfortable in but ensure you pack a swimsuit for some of our water events!
You are more than welcome! There will be specific orientation sessions for Mature students but you are all still welcome to all events.
