Welcome to the TFSON
This site is intended to provide you with the basics of what you need as a Nursing student to start off on the right foot in September. One priority this summer will be to review your program requirements and register for your courses. We've also included information to help you prepare such as first year supplies for Nursing and what you can review over the summer to help you prepare academically.
Nursing students are required to complete non-academic requirements (NARs) to be eligible to enter clinical placement in the winter semester of your first year. We ask that you wait to start NARs until after Summer Orientation in June, as we will be sharing valuable information about timelines and deadlines for each item.
While this site is intended to answer some of your questions related specifically to the Nursing program, Trent University has many support services for students. We are here to help you achieve success.
Congratulations, and welcome to the Trent/Fleming community!
