Important Dates and Deadlines

September	Applications for the Collaborative and Compressed programs will open on September 19, 2024 on the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC). The internal application for the Collaborative and Compressed programs will also open on September 19, 2024 for current Trent students. The "Transfer into Nursing" form can be found on MyTrent portal, under the Academics tab.
January	January 15, 2025 is the earliest date the current Ontario secondary school (Group A) application can close.
February	non-current Ontario secondary school (Group B) applicants must submit: official transcripts (including fall term grades) from all post-secondary institutions attended secondary school transcripts if meeting subject prerequisites through Grade 12 courses official English language test results (if applicable)
March	Application deadline for non-current Ontario secondary school (Group B) applicants is March 3, 2025 Offers of Admission will be released early to mid-March to Collaborative and Compressed program and will continue on a rolling basis. Offers typically conclude on or before the mid-June.
May	Students coming from another post-secondary institution should submit official transcripts with winter semester grades by May 31.
June	June 3, 2025 is the deadline for current Ontario secondary school (Group A) applicants to accept their offer.
July	All secondary school applicants must submit official final transcripts.
August	Applicants who received a conditional offer of admission for Fall 2025 must meet their conditions, including submission of official final transcripts from all institutions, by August 15, 2025. Applicants who are unable to meet any outstanding conditions by August 15, will be removed from the nursing program.
