George Elliott Clarke A professor of Canadian Studies at Duke University,
Clarke is a poet, editor, and exponent of Black Culture. At 7 pm at
Traill College, Clarke will give a lecture entitled "Unsettling
Canadian Studies"; at 8:30 pm, he will read from his poetry. Both
the lecture and poetry reading will be at Traill College Lecture Hall.
All are welcome to attend these events and the reception after poetry
reading sponsored by the Office of the Vice-President, Academic. This
event is sponsored by Traill College and the Canadian Studies Program.
