Veteran United Way-er Honoured As Sybil Nunn-Thorn took her skills from the Secretariat to the Communications Department this Fall, Trent University and the United Way took a moment to pay tribute to her extraordinary contribution to the United Way campaign over the years. Len Lifchus, Executive Director of the United Way stated that, "through Sybil's efforts, over $480,000 has been raised" at Trent. Meanwhile, current Campaign Coordinator Jennifer MacIsaac notes that Trent has attained 89% of its $52,000 goal. To help raise the $5,000 needed, a raffle will be held in the first part of December.
