Nature Areas photo contest

The Trent Nature Areas Committee is sponsoring a photo contest open to the university community and the public.

Photos taken within the Trent Nature Areas on themes of flora, fauna or activities on the trails, will be considered. The contest runs until March 10. Prizes will be awarded for the top photos. For more information, contact Troy McMullin at rmcmullin@trentu.ca or submit photos to the Trail Studies Office in ES B204.

In addition, the Trent Nature Areas schedule includes the following: Dec. 1, 2 - 4 p.m., join Prof. Peter Lafleur for a hike over the drumlin to discover the Landscape History of the Peterborough Area. Meet by the main doors of Julian Blackburn Hall. December 2, 7:30 - 8:45 p.m., join Prof. Peter Dawson for an Astronomy Night Hike to interpret the night sky. Meet at the Wildlife Sanctuary Parking Lot, University Road.
