Her opponents get the pointAinsley Switzer, a member of the Trent University Varsity Fencing Team, has been crowned O.U.A.A. Provincial Champion in women's epee. Kate Dougherty was fourth overall in the same category. The women's epee team of Ainsley Switzer, Kate Dougherty, and Jen Nash captured the Bronze medal at the championships held at McMaster University in Hamilton. Tanya Latty placed 5th in the province in individual women's sabre. Fencing coach Dave French says Switzer is rated as one of the 10 best women's fencers in Canada.
