Computing services opens Help Desk

Computing Services and Network Services have developed a Help Desk for members of the Trent Community. It's being run by Computing Services staff and Trent students as a single contact point for any problems that faculty, students or staff might have using Trent's software, computers, labs and networks.

Help will also be available on a newly-redesigned Web site and knowledge base, through e-mail (helpdesk@trentu.ca), by fax or by phone.

Help Desk staff will be at the desk from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays in Room 101 on the lower level of Bata Library. Phone 748-1121, ext. 5014.
