Mindful Stretches for Any Time of Day

Mindful Movement for Winter Wellness: simple, guided stretches that can be done anytime, anywhere, promoting relaxation, physical health, and meaningful connections.

Register Now

Led by a trained wellness coach & meditation teacher, this session will combine stretching with mindfulness to create a grounding experience. Through fun, interactive activities, students will learn stretches to help alleviate stress, improve focus, and connect with themselves and others. The session will also explore the importance of physical touch as self-care and how mindful movement can foster community and well-being.

What to Anticipate:

  1. Welcome & Warm-Up (5 mins)
  2. Morning Energizer Sequence (10 mins)
  3. Midday Stress Relief Sequence (10 mins)
  4. Evening Relaxation Sequence (10 mins)
  5. Partner Activity (10 mins)
  6. Closing & Reflection (5 mins)

What to Bring:

To fully enjoy this session, we recommend:

  • Wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
  • Bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Yoga mats will be provided, so no need to bring your own!

Feel free to come as you are, but a little preparation can help you make the most of the experience.
