HackTrent 2024 is Trent University’s flagship 48-hour hackathon, welcoming 250+ students from diverse backgrounds to compete in hands-on challenges, connect with industry professionals, and showcase their creativity. From November 8-10, participants will tackle challenges like Best Beginner Hack, Best Use of AI, Best Use of Game Dev, Best Project in Forensics Science, and Best Project in Environmental Science. Thanks to our incredible sponsors—GitHub, Major League Hacking, Innovation Cluster, Best Buy, TCSA, Trent Colleges, the Provost's Office, and Harmony Software Engineering—top prizes include Beats Studio Pro headphones, Acer Nitro gaming monitors, JBL speakers, and a commission-based internship opportunity.
