In-Demand Master of Management Degree Launching at Peterborough Campus Fall 2023
March 1 application deadline for 16-month professional master’s program, featuring work-integrated learning placement
Trent University’s popular 16-month professional Master of Management degree is expanding, now accepting applications to start in September 2023 at the Peterborough campus.
“It’s exciting to see how quickly the program has grown, and now by expanding to include the Peterborough campus we’re offering students even more options for study,” said Dr. Bruce Cater, director of the Master of Management program. “Our graduates have found that the intensive coursework, followed by a four-month professional placement, provides them with the skills and knowledge they need to enter the business world at a highly competitive level.”
Offered at Trent University’s Durham GTA campus since 2018, and now expanding to the Peterborough campus in September 2023, the M.Mgt. is designed to train the next generation of business leaders, equipping them with knowledge and hands-on learning through a unique work-integrated learning placement. The placement gives students the chance to hone their skills working with organizations locally, regionally or overseas to solve real business problems, establish professional contacts, and gain an edge in the job market following graduation.
By grounding students in a broad spectrum of business disciplines, the M.Mgt. allows students from both business and non-business backgrounds to gain the skills and knowledge needed to manage a team of specialists, be it accountants, financiers, marketers, or human resource professionals. The program also encourages students to examine social issues pertinent to present-day businesses.
Applications to the Master of Management program in Peterborough are now open. Apply by March 1 to start in September. Learn more about the M.Mgt. in the prestigious Trent School of Business.
