Join Consent at Trent for #WeBelieveYouDay on Tuesday, September 20th. This is a day to share support for survivors, strengthen allyship skills, and build cultures of care. #WeBelieveYouDay is built on the groundbreaking work of the Association of Alberta Sexual Assault Services, Survivor Love Letter Project, and the Ontario University Sexual Violence Network. 

Ways you can join Consent at Trent in recognizing the day: 

  • Come by our table in the Student Centre from 11-2 pm. Learn about supports and resources and leave a message of support for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence 
  • Use the #WeBelieveYouDay filter on Instagram to share messages of support on social media follow along on Instagram and Facebook @consentattrent
  • Learn more about ways you can support survivors. Take Consent at Trent's Consent Education Course on Blackboard
  • Sign up for our How to Support a Friend Workshop on October 5th to learn skills and knowledge needed to respond to a disclosure of Sexual or Gender-based violence in a good way
