Trent University was saddened to learn of the passing of Aaron Murray on April 7, 2014
Aaron was a student of Loyalist College’s Protection, Security & Investigation Program and was completing a practicum with Trent University’s Security and Parking Office. Aaron was also planning to attend Trent full-time as a student of the Forensic Science program.

Loving fiance of Hope Paterson and father to new baby Jude Murray of Trenton. Beloved son of Nancy Murray (nee Reichert) and Scott Murray of Trenton; Terry Ward (nee Kincaid) of Belleville and Kevin Ward of Head of Millstream, New Brunswick. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 57 Stella Crescent, Trenton on Monday, April 14th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. with a presentation at 2:30 p.m. Arrangements in the care of the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588). In lieu of flowers, donations to an Education Fund for his son Jude (Royal Bank of Canada, Downtown Belleville Branch) would be greatly appreciated by the family. The University extends its deepest sympathies to Aaron’s family and friends, to the Loyalist College community, and to all who knew him at Trent University. In honour of Aaron’s time at Trent, the University has lowered the flag atop the Bata Library to the half-mast position.
