The Great College Competition
Tech Bulletin: Cybersecurity Month
Dear Faculty and Staff,
October is Cybersecurity Month – an international celebration which aims to spread cybersecurity and online safety awareness around the world. As part of our cybersecurity month celebrations this year, we have launched a college competition for students to earn points for their college. At the end of the month the college with the most points will win the coveted trophy to display for the year (see below for additional details)
While aimed at students, we’d also like to encourage faculty and staff to participate, particularly those registered as college fellows. Additionally, we would like to invite faculty and staff to attend any of our cybersecurity month workshops or to have a member of our team come and speak at their next staff meeting on cybersecurity topics. Please see the links below, the attachment provided or email it@trentu.ca for more information.
Remember, cybersecurity is a team sport. It’s up to everyone to do their part to help keep our institution cyber-safe.
