Due to an unexpected system instability, our Colleague system and certain myTrent functions were briefly unavailable this afternoon from roughly 2:00pm to 2:30pm . During this outage the following myTrent functions were unavailable.
- Academic Timetable
- Registration
- Search and Register
- Register and Drop
- Express Registration
- Waitlists
- Academic Record
- Grades by Term
- Unofficial Transcripts
- Transcript Request
- Statement of Account
- Exam Schedule
- Prerequisite Waiver Request
- Release of Information
- Change of Major
- Application to Graduate
Other functions in the myTrent portal like email and blackboard were not affected.
